Yes you can! We have quite a few voice options to choose from and are always adding new ultra realistic voices. You can change the name of your agent as well, the world is your oyster!
It is very easy to implement. We can walk you through how to embed the Denny code wherever you want to use it, will setup your voice code to have Denny take over as you would like, and to integrate to your PMS will require a software download that we will walk you through as well. It's a simple process and we are there every step of the way!

Denny is currently setup to handle voice, chat (web), sms/texting, and email. All of these channels integrate seamlessly with all the features.
